punish or co-erce or other ends.  locally i see the news paper will grorify some and tear them down. likewise i see lawsuits or charges simply for the sport of getting even or harming an interest. when involved in a lawsuit- one gets survery calls. why? to do a persanity analysis on you.

then the blantant lies told in a court room with no objection. watch one hand when the other hand takes.

then if a big corporation or other is in it- consider the possility that they constributed to the judges elexction campagnme.

I detect from your post that you may have had some type of involvement with the government recently no ?

Well Hunky, that is how it always is. It can take days to recover, perhaps that is why lawsuits take so damn long.

The main thing to remember is when dealing with the government you are not dealing with people. Everything that happens to you is dictated by a computer screen. They have no say, they are simply an extension of the machine. The machine says whether it is OK to renew your driver's license or if you are to be arrested. The machine might say no to both because you missed a child suppport payment in 1973, which might be a total error. But that face you see behind the desk can't fix it.

You have to go to another agency, wait around, explain the situation to someone who is overloaded with this type of shit, and hope they can and will do something. And then wait.

These people might be loving Parents and good citizens all around, but at work they have a specific function, and that is to fuck you around. They don't see it though, they do their job, but until they get jammed up in the mess, they do not see what they are doing. They are but minor cogs in a huge grinder. They mean you no ill will, it just looks that way.

So what is this all about ? I thought they stopped fucking with you, they start shit again ?

Hi T,  yes things are fine with the government.  I been thinking alot about business practices lately and how the key is to lock one into a contract- blah blah blah  Anyhow  I took a forclosure company to court- won- on the last day they filed the appeal - via an attorney. so in effect they upsurped the1st judge.

Im debating weather to walk away from it.  Oh- no reply until I hired a collection agency to collect. [Dunn and Bradstreet][who can enter the judgement of THEIR credit]

The state put in writing they support [a portion] of my complaint.

Anyhow- if living well is the best revenge; then do I want to deal with this or not.  I expect one day the scummy place will be discoverred.  I disturbed the corporate monster- so now do I want to pay; or bolt.   hmm.

Incidently- the computer at one time could make errors in a persons favor. :-0

This is the post of the day!  Reason is- that most everyone has run into a "computer error"; the post is laid out in a clever way to decipher the system.  Good job, and keep the posts coming! :-)

so how this goes- is they will ask for a continuence as will I, puts us in January.  one contiuence is standard. more if good reason.

anyhow- i should not be shocked- maybe im disappointed in me, as i thought i wanted to quietly be on the sidelines of the rat race; and not actually be part of it.

of course they will put up a fight. 6k less 27% collection is around 4k. not really enuff to get too horribly excited- tho- not pocket change either. so thats my delemna for a cheap amount it is easier to walk.

i have been in practically every type of court case. people lie. lawyers lie. the only one in there doing good is the transcription taker. a paid attorney will use every cent of retainer and he/she is there to make cash.

how do people get money for these big retainers?

it isnt about what is right or wrong- it is about legalese-  i could kick me - for entengling myself in this. i thought it was a no brainer- but i must have been in a different mood then.
