you would get a lot of people who are not really in the lifestyle....plus there would be no DISCRETION which is extremely important to a lot of people.

What would the screening process be comprised of? What would be the boundaries? (there has to be boundaries/laws other wise this would fall apart pretty quick.) As much as I like this idea, I don't think it is really feasable with the current political climate.

i recently posted with a question if there were any Female Dominant communities, communes, etc. i do recall a couple we knew a few years back who planned to renovate an older building into an B&B. It was located in northern New England and have a strong BDSM theme. i don't know if it ever came to pass. my Domme and i would certainly like to hear if any such places to live exist in the USA.

I believe there's a town in Japan? Maybe China? Anyway, a small town that has devoted itself to being a "Women in Charge" kinda place. Pretty much completely. It's mostly for the tourist attraction aspect, and I don't know if BDSM factors fit in there, but still. -DR

There are a few BDSM Bed and Breakfast BB's out there that are good but a town i dont think would work

Diane and I bought some land build cabins,a community center this was combined with our training center...A bdsm town or community just doesn't seem to work as too many seeking different things too many spats,,So we sold and made our money back,,Here we are think of doing it again on a smaller scale including only members that we know personally and think we can get along with.IT can work but everyone must be on the same page...Back when dinosaurs roamed the land smiles..I lived in a commune for 5 years and loved every minute of it..Back when long hairs and back to the land craze was the thing...WE are becoming of that mind set again....bounty
