I didn't know what it was so I looked it up and found the following:

This area is off topic dicussion so I don't see anything wrong with posting the question here I just thought the above might help also.

This is the diet that Oprah Winfrey once was on, about a decade ago - and the one that got her down to 130 pounds (she is 5'6"), from about 270 originally. I remember when she was on that. It was amazing how fast the weight came off.

She now weighs about 150, and she did put some of the weight she lost back on back then, too - but it definitely helped her lose a tremendous amount of weight. I am not sure how easy it is to stick with, though. But good luck. It does seem to work for many.

I am not a fan of liquid diets of any kind. Yes, you will lose a lot of weight while on them; but once you start back on regular meals, you will gain 90% of that weight back unless you increase your exercise to almost three times what you were doing while on the diet.
If you MUST use a liquid as a supplement; only use it for one meal; eat balanced and healthy for the other two. In addition to this. Make sure that you are under a doctors care; and take vitamins daily to help supplement what you are losing from eating solid food.
