I cut down the pesky vine that had taken over and twined all through my blueberry bushes. The vine had berries that looked just like blueberries, and I was surprised, because blueberries are not in season right now, so I bit into one......YUCK! Not blueberries, after all. DUH! So I de-vined my bushes, and the vine was also all mixed up with this climbing rose. So I ended up having to cut a lot of the bush and the rose away since it was tangled up, which sucked, because they were innocent, but the moral to that story is, "be careful of the company you keep, because you may get tangled up in more than you bargained for". Also, the pesky vine had thorns on it, too, which made it hard to tell which was the rose and which was the pesky vine. And the moral to that story is, "Not everything with thorns is a rose" (I think that relates well to BDSM life. *L*)
Then I took my daughter and her husband and kids to Chuck E Cheese's, where we had a great time, then when I got tired, I handed the tired cranky kids back to her and went back to my peaceful home. And the moral of THAT story is "It truly is more fun to be a grandparent!"
