Hey, I've been on collarme for a few months now, but I'm new to the forums. I enjoy writing, and these forums should be especially fun for me just because as an audience, you guys must be way more open to subject matter than other message boards.
Some more info than what's on my profile -- Amber's not my name -- it's my cat's name. My dom introduced me to this site. He's a dom/swing/poly guy whose been in the lifestyle for ten years, me for about one now... Kinda funny, I recall how hard to get I played him when we first met and never imagined what was to proceed from there. What I love most about dom/sub relationships is that they (idealistically) go much further and deeper than a typical relationship. Pushing limits while ensuring trust. Maybe it's silly or may seem trivial to some, but it's because my fella is a dom that enhanced my trust in him more than any other guy and because of that he helped me overcome one of my biggest fears. It's unique to find that quality in a relationship. I love being a sub, though sometimes a sense of defeat evokes for me. I almost want to say its bittersweet ... but it makes for an interesting embrace.
