Just got a new CD, Amy Winehouse (as the header implies)...the chic sounds like a freaking train wreck, but I swear I can't stop listening to her.

I like her first CD, you can tell that she worked hard and really wanted it to sell. It's nice, Artsy, well put together. Perfect hook song with "Rehab".

I hate though, when an album is really sucessful, how the Label Co. will pressure the artist to hurry quick throw another together, the artist is riding so high and freaking out that the heart usually isn't in it.

I hope it's not true for Amy, it would be nice to have it come out just as good, I think she's a cool artist.

I heard though not to long ago that all the attention was getting to her and she was having a hard time with the worlds explosive reaction to her music, she is only like 23 years old, must be kind of scarey.

She does have a pretty addictive sound.....it's the soul...so much for such a tiny young chick. Personally, I'm damn addicted to the new Foo Fighters song "Pretender" right now.

I don’t know the name has always put me off her because it sounds like an off-licence.

Amy was recently arrested in Olso, Norway
for a quater ounce of of weed.
The "Rehap" song is actually her writing about her truth.

I hope she can keep it together and not crack like so many
other young women with loads of cash are doing.

A lot of muscians are druggies and drinker's and when they
clean up, they change, the music changes it destroys their
careers. It has to be quite overwhelming to think of cleaning
up and losing your dream, your sound, your image.
