Hello, and thank you for reading. I have a lovely problem of not being able to find lingere and stocks that fit me right. While I am not plus sized, I am very tall, 6'1, and about 215 lbs. I can wear junior sized L and XL clothes, and Misses sized L. My problem is finding lingere and stocks that fit longer legs and taller bodies. Often dresses, skirts, and other things end up looking scandalous on me because of my height. Does anyone know of a website that makes affordable (and some that are not affordable for indulgence) clothing, especially stockings for tall women? My whole hearted thanks for helping me in my problem. A.

You can buy stockings for tall women at Wal Mart.

You might want to try see if some adult novelty stores (such as Priscilla's) have hosiery for tall (I prefer the term statesque) women. And since Halloween is coming up, some temporary stores like Spirit Halloween or Halloween Express may have some in stock (check their web sites for even more details) as well.

Also any on line store that caters to crossdressers will have lingere and stockings for tall people.

Thank you. I've never thought about looking at C/D websites for stockings, that would probably work very well. Thank you A/all for your consideration and help.

My experience is a little different. I am taller, 5'8" but plus size. I prefer my thigh highs to be much above the knee. I find that the plus size do "fit" but usually are a tad more than knee highs on me!!! NOT sexy!! So, in stockings size charts you might notice they create a graph of height and weight. Generally the larger size will stretch to length or height. So try a larger or even plus size for ease in length. I found that the higher Lycra content makes for smoother feel, and are more form fitting which also helps retain their shape. Just my size makes thigh highs in sizes up to 6x which are very affordable. I found some at Walmart, and ordered more from the JMS website. Ascanty sells unisex hose, and plus size, including tall as well. I also found nice, albeit expensive stockings and lingerie at secretsinlace.com. Not sure if I still like what hipsncurves.com has. Any fine web or brick retailer will carry DreamGirls lingerie, which I find more appealing than Shirly of Hollywood's line!! Happy Shopping!
