I made a mistake by having a listed number. I get dozens and dozens of calls for the woman who once lived at this address. they must have went in the reverse directory. it is so bad- i almost never answer my land line. anyone else w annoying calls?

All of the time. Even having an unlisted number doesn't help, because at one time, that now unlisted number was once attached to a publicly available list, hence traceable by outdated reverse lookup listings.

Debt collectors are the worst. Some how they alway get my number.

I only have my cell. I screen all my calls, if a number isn't in my phonebook, they can leave a damn voicemail. :)

I love getting those kind of calls and just fucking with the bastards.

I read something somewhere (isn't that helpful lol) about the no-call list being updated and closed soon for those that haven't yet signed up for it.I get few telemarketer types but a lot of wrong numbers.

Yes I get annoying calls from women I am having a relationship with, saying they want to dump me.

I find that annoying.

My landline is one digit off from Dominos Pizza .. it is okay except for late night when folks seem to be too drunk to call any way

Someone should invent a device similar to caller display that only lets authorised numbers ring you at certain times of the day. The technology for this already exists and if I bothered to use Google I could probably find such a device.
