Hi all -

I have recently purchased a CB 3000 and am very impressed by this device - it is well made and cleverly designed.

However, I have a couple of points some of you might be able to help me with:

1. Comfort: after a few hours, the device becomes quite uncomfortable, the skin behind my scrotum gets pretty sore and feels like it is being stretched.  I am using the biggest ring already, but it still feels a little more snug than I would wish (I do not think I am unusually large in this department).

2. Movement: I find that I cannot move as normal whilst wearing the CB 3000. Yesterday I crouched down to tie my shoe-lace and winced with the sudden pain!

Am I doing something wrong? Or am I just a big sissy :)

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for any advice you feel able to give.

My hope is to find a key-holder, and I need to get the comfort issue sorted asap.

Without knowing your size.  I can only offer a general response to your current issues.

1.  Did you shave your genitals?  The tenderness could be from you playing with yourself; constantly touching on freshly shaved skin could produce the rawness you are experiencing.

2.  Rubbing and tightness, how big are your balls?  A snug fit is best so you don't accidently slip out.  You do not want to cut off blood flow to the area.

I have not seen anyone having the pulling of the skin as you describe, you might need a larger ring :o)

3.  You will need to adjust how you do normal things - because the device will keep you 'together'

As a wearer of a CB3000 there are some things that I might suggest to aid in comfort and long term care.

First, Ring and spacer size.... The 3000 has several sizes of both to help with custom fitting for you. Yes the scrotum will stretch and feel uncomfortable but the ring diameter and spacer thickness you use should not (as was previously said) cut off blood circulation.  After 10 minutes of wear, check to see if the "boys" are still warm and don't have a purple look to them.  If cold or purple increase ring size.  The CB3000's ring is hinged at the bottom using a rivet. I found that it was more comfortable to wear the ring with the rivet head (rounded end) away from my body to provide a smoother surface for the scrotum.

Second, Self care... I am released each day to shower and shave. Rarely has shaving caused an issue for me with an occasional ingrown hair and being hairless avoids getting hair pinched in the device. During this time I check for abrasions and clean both myself and the device.  When putting it back on, I use baby oil to lubricate the device and myself. This can give a little bit of slippage and keep the skin from pinching.  If you don't like the smell of baby oil, mineral oil is the same stuff without the perfume. For those who have a "no release" protocol, Shower with some cotton swabs available to stick through the openings and clean that way. Follow it up when drying off with cotton swabs and the oil.

Thirdly, Erections...  Yes you can still get them. For me it happens most often in the early morning when hormones seem to be higher.  Yes there is discomfort when that happens. In my case it is not just girth of my penis being restricted by the tube but as the erection tries to happen, length pushes the tube away from my body and so my scrotum is stretched at that time as well.

Hope this is helpful

Thank you for the reply. To answer your question, no - i am not shaven, though this is something I will do if my eventual Owner wishes it. As for my size, I suppose my balls are quite large but I would not regard them as huge or unusual in any way. I am using the largest of the rings that came with the device. And you are, of course, correct, I will need to change my ways to compensate for the device.

I suppose I will need to get used to these things if I am to pursue my desire to be locked-up by a Lady Owner...:)

As a side note if you call the company that makes the CB 3000 (A.L. Enterprises, at http://www.cb-2000.com) you can purchase a larger ring than it came with, at a reasonable price. It is not hinged but you should be able to slide it on fine as it is a bit larger and once the actual cage is on you shouldn't be able to get it back off again. Just a little fyi as an option if you really find you can't get used the the largest ring it comes with. Good luck.

Thank you for this practical and useful suggestion - I tried it out...after 10 minutes the guys were pretty cold, so I removed the device and will wait until I get a bigger ring before I wear it again - don't want to damage the goods :)

Much appreciated, thanks again.

That's great, thanks -- I will check this out, might be the solution.

Appreciate the help :)

You may want to stretch out your ball sack a bit.You can use a boot lace or leather teather to wrap around the top of the scrotum, balls hanging below.Do this daily ,about 20 or so mintues a day...the ballsack should start to hang lower giving you more room to hang well below the ring.
And yes, lube with baby oil to keep skin from sticking. You got some good advice there!
Chasity is a wonderful thing!

Have you considered the Curve?  That might give you the extra space you are seeking.

As for finding a keyholder- there are a number of folks like me (it's something I do as part of The Submissive Challenge- and it's a paid construct).  If you are looking for someone for free, have you considered Milovana or OrgasmDenial?  Add a dot com to either of those and you will be entertained.

I wear a CB 6000 and it is very comfortable with the right base ring.  I did have a CB 3000 and it is critical to get the correct base ring size.  It will take some experimentation but if you are experiencing the burning on the base of the balls then its probably because you need to adjust to wearing it.  Use baby oil to lubricate the base ring.  Put a couple of drops on the top of the ring and let it run down and it will allow movement of the base ring in the daily activity you engage in.
The CB 6000 has a wider ring and moves the balls forward a little more and tends to prevent the pulling you described.  Again, put some baby oil on in the morning and after showering.  The advice about shaving is good, it prevents a lot of painful pulls and generally makes it better.
I am on my second month of being locked in the CB 6000 and it is just part of me now and I have no discomfort at all.

When wearing the CB 3000 and 6000 range of devices I am sure you need to train the scrotum prior, to give a greater drop to the testicles, I had a very nasty experience with a Stainless Steel Scrotum Shackle  that I was required to wear for a day, a long story, that put me off sex for a month afterwards as I nursed a very sore and swollen sack.

I have also leant that the wearer needs to be hirsute and well oiled when any long term device is fitted to that area.

Good luck , stay chaste and serve well.

i have owned and loved to wear a cb2000 for a few years now.    what i find that works best is a little ky jelly around the outer ring, applied with a q tip, it offers much relief from the ring and makes it possible to wear it for a long time,    i have been locked in mine for up to 32 days at a time and love it

On a CB 3000 and I suspect on a 6000 as well, keep the gap as small as posible and get the space by use of a bigger ring.

You only need X amount of space to prevent pinching. Blood flow is better provided by using the bigger ring. Why send it through a bend ?

I wear the exobelt. Switched from the CB3000. Be sure to do ball stretching before installing the device. Especially if you are high and tight. Jenny told me to do this no matter what belt I was wearing. It helps with the CB3000, but I still had to switch to the Exobelt for the long run. Its more comfortable for me.
