Question: You are awarded a billion dollars. Doesn't matter why, you just are. You never have to work again, you can live in the lap of luxury.

What do you do? Give it to your Dom, be his maid? ;-)

This is a bazarre question and why?
If you had a Dollar, would you give it to your Dom?
What difference if it multiplies, would you still give it to your Dom?

i'd share, really i would! LOL!! Well, Master is my soon to be wife so if i were to be awarded this kind of money it would be ours. Of course Master will go on a shopping spreed at Best Buy or Circuit City first. LOL!! She is my other half. i couldn't see it any other way.

I'd need more than a billion not to work for the rest of my life but...

Set up college/trust funds for my nephews and two cousins
Pay off the Owners house, and of course my mansion
Pay the boyfriends grad school tuition
Buy private jet
Buy house for mother and aunt
Buy house for sister and husbands family
Experiment with all sorts of careers and volunteer work
Buy TONS OF CLOTHES
New cars for everyone as well

And that platinum and diamond bra from victoria's secret...

Okay, I'm not a sub, but if I got a billion, I'd buy a nice home with lots of property so no one would hear my sub scream when we're having wild sex or when I'm punishing him (starting to sound creepy), than pay off all close relatives debt, buy cars for ones that don't have than donate a good amount to charities toward world peace, education of women, and feeding/housing children.

hrm... lets see. I would give it all to Master, as I know he would do the same with it that I would.

1 million set aside for each child.

1 million to my uncle and my brother

1 million to Master's family.

Heck I'd even send 1 million to my ex MIL just so I could proove to her I didn't "marry her son to get at his parents money" like his sister so loved to proclaim of me. That and, they have been extremely suportive of his kids since he doesnt do a damned thing for them. (which is why they are Master's now :) )

Then, I would buy land and have a house built, buy a couple horses (childhood fantasy).

Might take a bit of it and do some new shopping, stuff like that, and a new car or two. Then.. hrm, I dunno. Master would probably set the rest aside so he didnt have to work.

Hello There,
I have always wanted to have a farm Bed & Breakfast facility that doubles as a shelter for abused, neglected, run away and abandon youth. The agreement would be they had to do counseling daily and participate in farm chores.
I also want to do a farm Bed and Breakfast with a dungeon under one of the hay fields.
After I got these two bed and breakfast facilitates up and running I'd pay off the mortgages on my Mom & Dad and Brothers homes, buy my Sister a home, My Masters Relatives homes and set up 250,000.00 trust funds for all my Masters & my nephews and nieces.

I'd finally get to go to Law School and become an attorney. I want to get a law degree to be able to go to less fortunate countries like India, Haiti, Cuba etc... and work towards better social justice systems, better sanitation, better medical care, and facilitates for the homeless. In some other countries women are not respected enough to be able to lobby to change the law. I think most of these countries do respect educated individuals male or female and I'd have a better chance. If I had a law degree I'd be able to have my voice heard better than if I just went as a lady with a good heart.

Of course I'd by a nice home and good car for myself too!

I have always been one to help others any way I can so I'd also go to homeless people at the soup kitchens I serve in and help them get their lives back together, rent or buy places for them to be, and help them become the best functioning people they could. I'd probably even open up homeless shelters of my own. I'd also set up facilities for pregnant or abused women to have a place to live, get the help they need and raise their children in decent places.

I'd of course invest a large chunk of it into the stock market and properties so that I'd keep income rolling in too.

Then what ever My Master desired to do we'd of course be working on what he'd like to do and achieving goals he's had too.

Okay... let's see... my money my imagination right? Here goes.
I have a BIG family - so limit the donations to a half million each, only as far as the cousins i grew up knowing. (That's at least 6 mil so far... i'm not being cheap.) I'd pay off Master's parents bills since they've been so great about helping us and give them a half mil each as well. I'd buy Master and i a HUGE (like at least 2 miles on a side)plot of land, and build a big house (with a pool and a dungeon) smack in the middle of the property so i could tan naked in the back yard if i wanted to. One thing i've always said i'd do is to throw a Texas party for the Canadian friends and relatives when i won the lottery lol so i'd probably book a small hotel for a weekend and have everyone down. When all that spending was done, the rest would go into the bank and investments so we could live comfortably for the rest of our increasingly decadent lives lol. (sighs) Ah yes... in a perfect world....

A billion? Well, I could do a ton with that money. First off I would pay off debts. Second, I would give money to both of my kids. I would buy a new house for my Mom that is wheelchair friendly because she is disabled. I would buy my Dad a new home so he could finally retire and live in comfort. I would buy a large property and have a few residences built on it for close friends if they wanted to do so. And lastly, I would want to build a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center for recovering people just getting out of rehab and trying to get their lives back in order. It would have treatment and counciling and it would provide temporary apartments for the clients. I would also open a homeless shelter and give people opportunities to have an address so they could get employment. If they need schooling, I would have a fund set up for that need.

Anyone willing to write me a check so I can get started doing this stuff right away?

Really, it'd just be so simple. I could smite just about anything, and do cool stuff like write "Pavel Rulz 4vr" on the moon.

Actually I have no idea what I'd do with that much money. I don't really put much faith in being rich (it's not like the money really solves the problems/desires, it's just the problems/desires expand to meet the potential of your money to meet them).

Well, if I were permitted any say in its distribution...here's what I would do (turning it over to him in my case really doesn't apply in our dynamic....whatever comes to me is his):

The very first thing I would do is set up both a Family Limited Partnership to handle investments (using BofA's Private Clients Group), and also a Family Foundation set up for charitable purposes.

Next I would set up trusts for all the off-spring (again using BofA as co-trustee along with a family member in case something happened to us).

I would then pay off all any bills...including the mortgage, put in the pool now instead of in the next year or two and do some work on the house.

THEN, I would start making a list of all of the people in my life who I care about and/or who have in some way impressed me over the years. Once I had my list, I would anonymously pay off all of their debts.
