Status: offline 		So as some may or may not  know (depending on who reads my profile) Im finaly moving ship back to england. Its been delayed for me becuase of paperwork but thats not the subject of this topic (im babbling again).

I have been pretty much toyless since my stay here in america was with family, of which Im already a black sheep and respected them enough not to let them in on who or what I am. So I'll be needing to restock my supplies and favorite items when Im back, BUT this brough me onto a neater subject. As experinced Mistresses and Subs here always pique my intrest in thier thoughts. If you where to create a "bundle" or "kit" for a young and up and coming Mistress, what would you supply and why?

List 10 things in order with a small explination as to why that item is essential to you and could not be without.

Doesn't the UK pound = $1.75 USD?

This thread isn't eally about that. As stated above I have personal reasons for not getting my toys till I move. Not that I don't shop online in america and have them shipped over anyhow. Again not really point of this thread.

1. A set of restraints, wrists, ankle and collar, leash and lead.
2. A wonderful whippy cane
3. A flogger
4. A crop
5. A long narrow paddle
6. nipple clamps
7. An extra long shoe horn
8. A bunny fur flogger
9. A buggy whip
10. A butt plug

Wow, just enough stuff to fill out your list.

Status: offline 		Oh I do so love shopping!  Ok.. here is what in my must have travel bag.. so here is a good start.

1. Wartenburg wheel ( medical supply store is a cheaper buy and better quality 90% of the time emedical is a good place.) they are delicious for sensory play.
2. Bunny fur mitt ( real bunny, not the fake scratchy stuff.. it gets nasty after a while ) again sensory play after a hard spanking
3. good stout wooden paddle ~ I love my mini pizza paddle. Bought it at a chef warehouse. Nothing better for spanking I have found!
4. Cat o'nine tails ~ must have personaly. best bought in person to test weight, and softness.
5. mini wooden clothes pins ( from craft section ) so much can be done with them.
6. ankle cuffs ( leather or metal your pref. bw sure not to pack these have them shipped )
7. wrist cuffs ~see above
8. 6 double connectors for all cuffs to be able to hog tie and connect as needed. <home depot>
9. basic collar.
10. heavy duty long dogs choke collars ~ loop as you would to put on a dog and put them under the wheels of each of the 4 points of you bed back across the pond. pull tight and the loop on the end is perfect to attach the double ended connector to ~ then the D ring on the cuffs. Just kick the ends of the chains under your bed inbetween and you have perm. bondage chains on your bed you never have to fuss with again. This also travels well... just lift up the corner, and remove the chain.. great for vacation fun.

I will add 11. a strap on.. because I love them so much... *smiles*

  1. a leather paddle, because my hands get tired and I love to spank
  2. a riding crop, with good flex, very versatile  for so many areas!
  3. a heavy moose type flogger, for those thuddy moments
  4. a wartenberg wheel, for tickly goodness!
  5. wrist/ankle restraints, for those who can't sit still----and I lack the patience rope bondage
  6. nipple clamps, which are good for testicles too!
  7. a nice solid hairbrush, because I love to spank
  8. a travel type blindfold (mine is from the company that makes the bucky neckrest, NO peeking on that one!)
  9. a short lexan cane, mine is from Adam & Gillians
  10. a "fluffy" type flogger of rope or something light, for scaring the balls in!

This is of course separate from the Cheapskate Dom Kit, which is also fun, and easy to replace.

1   9 tail
2   crop
3   hood with zipper across the mouth
4   restraints-ankle/wrist
5   wooden spoon
6   ball gag
7   strap on
8   clothes pins
9    feathers
10   lube (since no one else mentioned it-LOL)
 
oh and i'm gonna toss in...collar and leash-sometimes just like to lead them around like a dog.

Status: offline 		Here's what I would recommend to kit out a beginning Domme:

1. Blindfold (sensory deprivation, and they can't see if you're sweating!)
2. Locking cuffs (restraint)
3. Small coil of rope (for simple bondage or to tie off the cuffs somewhere)
4. A wooden or rubber paddle (impact play)
6. Small deerskin flogger (impact play, can be used from warmup/cooldown to slightly heavier)
7. Clothesins (nipples or thighs/cbt sensation play)
8. Collar & leash
9. Bowl of ice (sensation play)
10. Duct tape (bondage or gaggage)

Here are the ten items I carry/use to cover most impact scenes:

1. Singletail or Quirt (depending on if I'm playing in a small or large space)
2. Police truncheon
3. Gravel gloves (I don't know the actual name for these -- rough textured rubber gloves for spanking and punching)
4. Cuffs
5. Pallet wrap
6. Duct tape and cloth diapers (gaggage)
7. Rubber paddle
8. Acrylic cane (two different thicknesses)
9. Blindfold
10. Large leather paddle

Depending on what other plans I have, I may carry a small makeup kit, some panties and stockings, my cbt box, and my strap-on kit....but those items are for really good nights!

Status: offline 		I have a black bag (quilted with patent leather straps, it's really cute) that comes with me whenever I go elsewhere to play. If I were restricted to ten items:

1) a long, silky, pink ribbon -- I love to use this as a cock-ring/leash because it's easy and for the humiliation factor. It's also great for sensation play after a nasty spanking.

2) a large hairbrush -- Use the flat side for spanking, the bristly side for sensation, or just for quick hair touch-ups.

3) knee-high, pointy, stiletto-heeled boots -- I affectionately refer to these as my "kinky boots."

4) my feeldoe and lube with harness -- Okay, probably more than one item, but they all serve one purpose.

5) lots of clothespins -- I do love to decorate!

6) a simple collar

7) several lengths of rope

8) nitrile gloves -- These are more comfortable than latex, give a better grip and avoid the problem of latex allergies. The intimidation factor is great when you "snap" these on next to a bound, blindfolded sub.

9) a smallish ring gag -- One wouldn't want to interfere with the use of the tongue!

10) a blindfold

Status: offline 		Actually about to go to the dollar store today to pick up some things. LaMistressa thanks those are good suggestions.

1. My new Oak small paddle. (about the size of a hair brush.)
2. dog collars. (you can use them as collars or as restraints
3. lube
4. mini hair clips, (trust me, those are evil.*grins*)
5. Icy hot
6. bunny fur (you can get them at craft stores. mostlikely independents ones though.)
7. elastic string flogger.( you can get the string out of bungie cords, and you can get a bag of those at Big Lots or Targets.)
8. rubber ball with string thru it. (dollar store,pet supplies, and a big sewing needle. took some time getting it thru, but it is do-able.)
9. collar and leash (look above.)
10. Your brain. (the best toy you got, with that and your hands and feet, you really don't actually *need* anything else.)

Now on the want list, that would take a few days to fill out. *lol*  but I list a few in my journal if anyone wants to look.

Just remembered a gag that a friend had, not sure how he did it, but it had 2 pieces of twine knotted on ethier end (maybe alittle glue to make it stick?) then long pieces to tie around the head.

1: Whartenburg wheel. Very effective multiuseful sensation toy with abilities to be soft and overly sensual to very paiful all in one piece
2: low-temp candles. Wax play is great, but standard candles cause too many problems.
3: flogger
4: handcuffs. much simpler for fast bondage, or if like me you suck at rope tying.
5: large roll of cotton rope (laundry line is what I use) doesnt leave marks if you tie someone as long as they dont struggle too much, easy to tie and cut and relatively cheap.
6: one of those in the bottle ice cube trays: the long, think ice you can freeze is easier to handle for ice play. A personal favorite
7: a good blindfold, a sleep mask or something similiar
8: a bandana. multi useful, for a blindfold, gag, wrist binding...
9: wooden clothespins.
10: personal massage and lubricant. oil that can be used a smassage oil, and is still safe if it gets on a codom, incase its on your hands or whatever if you put one on.

AND a personal necessity... antibacterial wipes.  clean up little stuff right away, incase of scratches or anything like that.
