I assume you mean using a strapon for the first time, anally and on the receiving end?

Your D is probably very well informed on the use of strapons, so will guide you. Plenty of lube and inserting slowly is probably the easiest and safest way. It can be very hard to relax, but if you can it will help greatly. Also, don't forget to breathe. It sounds silly but if you take in a big breath and hold it, you will find it MUCH harder to relax. Try pushing outwards a little as it is inserted, then stop pushing. You will probably feel the strapon sliding in much more easily if you do that.

My pleasure, and I should mention it is always a good idea to, erm, you know, GO to the loo beforehand. It's not essential, but it can get a lil messy if you don't. Some people do the whole enema thing, but a pre clear out is fine (no vindaloo beforehand either

).
