I don't know that a colour can be sexy by itself. Now, if we're talkin' red hair and green eyes...black nails and crimson lipstick...then we're associating the colours with things we [in theory] already appreciate. The colour accentuates, but alone, it doesn't really do much. I know, black, like white, is not a colour per se. Why muddle things? [:D] Oh, wait...because it's in the OP's statement. [;)]

dark shiny purple...had someone tell me once that guys like lipgloss cause it looked like fresh cum on a girls lips.... black is absence of all color and white is the combonation of all color you make black with pigment by combining all pigments because once you combine all the pigments it reflects all the colors out because it is the absence of all color.... edited to add: but thats color theory...for practical purposes...black and white are colors...
