This is a pretty cool optical illusion.... It is called "motion-induced blindness." Click on the link and focus your eyes on the green dot in the center and after a few seconds you will notice that the yellow dots in your peripheral vision disappear even though they are always there.... http://www.michaelbach.de/ot/mot_mib/index.html

lol, lol.lol. focus on the yellow dots...they really do disappear.......it is not an optical illusion whatsoever.........it is REAL. Ron

Hmm the top right one didn't 'disappear' lol. N Ron I stared at those one at a time but they didn't flash at all. Dang I hope I don't need new glasses already!

Pick a yellow dot to stare at and even the green will disappear.

Someone told me this was a test for early stage dementia, all I can say is: “You poor souls do you really see them dots disappear?”
