This seems to be a common request of submissives who are fantasizing something extreme. My advice would be to not do as he ask. The action can be simulated, or you can just deny it as not a possibility. Or even better, you can tell him to forget it, call me, have me come over and then...okay, that probably won't work. I'd stick with the just say no response.

sweetie, as a fellow michigander and sadist, I strongly suggest that you refuse. there could be serious ramifications for you if caught!!!! Remember Michigan has that stupid law about 'consent not being a defense' yes you could be charged even if he doesn't press them against you. Instead, look up the Vore thread,(it is in Gen. As others have pointed out, it's illegal. Not to mention the fact, extremely dangerous. Tell me, how much experience in de-dicking do you have? Could you safely do it without having your slave bleed to death or become ill due to infection? Do you have the proper facilities to perform surgery? The proper implements?

Not to mention, is this something you really want to do? Or are you asking because he wants it? Tell me, what fun is a dickless male sub?

I dont get why if he has signed his life over to you, you should consider let alone do something he asks for?

But if thats the path you want to take, you have a couple of options that are safer than getting the pinking shears out.

1) Send him to a psychiatrist and put on a good show of having body dysmorphia. If the display is good enough and lasts long enough, he might just get sent to have his gonads removed to cure his dysmorphia.
2) Less good, get him to acquire "Androcur" - this is used for chemical castration for sex offenders and transsexuals, and is also a treatment for prostate cancer. Its more than likely available on the black market - but its far from risk free, and he's likely to grow boobs etc.

Whatever is decided, make sure you are nowhere near any of it, because when he regrets it - as he's more than likely to when he finds his ideas of a good time radically altered, you dont want any connection with it when the law comes knocking.

I'd say HELL NO! Ask yourself these questions: Are you willing to risk any medical complications from this action? Are willing to risk your slave leaving and then regretting this action?
