If you are looking for custom highly recommended ballgags go to flashington.com . He has a varitey of colors and sizes.

To build off of what willowmoon said, sub-shop.com has great custom gear. I've bought tons of gags from them.

sub shop isn't really custom styles, just "custom" color options... for custom stuff I'd go to www.offrampleathers.com or www.fantasiesinleather.com They may not have what you are looking for on the site, but the craftsmanship of both Paul Johnson and Master Archer are remarkable.

You may not have checked sub-shop for awhile BootBlackBlast.
