Again this validates what Jay Wiseman says about leaving someone "alone" in bondage.

Most death/injury from bondage occurs when the bottom is left alone for some reason.

Why would any Dominant put duct tape on top of plastic, put the boy in a hood, and lock him in a closet?
Yes in my opinion he is definitely liable, and will probably do some jail time for manslauter and he disposed of that body.
