I am going to assume you mean a 'cyber' Domme.

No, you cannot be spanked via the net. You can roleplay at it in the cyber world, if that's what tickles your fancy. For you, I suggest getting your wallet out and visiting the many online pro's out there, as your quickest route to self gratification.

The other option, is to find a Domme who is only interested in online, and serving your fetish in the cyber world. This will take some time.

My guess is that you seek a real Domme, but wish to first get to know her through the Internet.

If that is the case then maybe the first thing you should do is make it clear on your profile, as to exactly what you are looking for, and then wait for responses from Dommes on the site. In the meanwhile, you could participate in the discussions on the forum and learn about other people already involved in the activities you are interested in.

Local munches would be another viable option, as rightly pointed out by Ms Lilac.

There is plenty happening in the UK, try www.informedconsent.co.uk for list of events and see what is going on near you. Otherwise, join in on message boards, get yourself noticed, mail any Dommes you feel a connection with and be patient.
