Does anybody know if having a scence can affect my period? Not sex but getting hit punched etc. It seems to get heavier afterwards.

I've had stress affect the symptoms negatively. Although physical exertion and even intercourse helps me with cramping. I don't do punching, so I can't respond to that, although I'm sure it's stressful albeit maybe good stress. l

I do also have a lot of stress plus the change of life so that affets periods of course. Just noticed it is heavier after a scene. No cramps or anything most times, just not normal periods. Thanks for answering

Depends on where your punched. a decent punch can do organ damage so i would be very careful
