Status: offline 		We all know there's a time and place for everything, different strokes for different folks, your mileage may vary, etc., etc. As for me, it would seem to make a lot more sense just paying a "hooker-with-a whip."

The way I see it, if I'm going to spend time and money pursuing a fantasy session, why not get everything I want while I'm at it?

I mean really, how many malesubs out there have ultimate submissive fantasies that are 100% sexless? Be honest.

wow...that is a terrible lil quote you put in their. contrary to popular belief bdsm is not all about sex first off, so although some do find sexual pleasure or gratification in sessions, for others it keeps them in line..for others its an odd form of therapy like seeing a shrink..for others its a way to push their limits and boundaries and see how deep within themself they can go. and Pro Dommes do not offer sexual services..hence hookers/Pro Dommes are two different people. It is a bit disrespectful in My opinion to categorize it like that

I have many sexual fantasies and I do indeed have fantasies that are sexless. And this point extends to reality also--I have served lesbians and for me sexual or intimate contact does not always occur when I play.

As for the point of getting what one wants when one pays, often what many subs wish to experience is a feeling of submission and let a professional dominant orchestrate how this submission is going to occur within specified general parameters.

If you read again carefully what I wrote, you will realize that I never even remotely suggested that ProDommes and hookers are one and the same.

And I know damn well that people see ProDommes for different reasons. Did you somehow miss my "different strokes for different folks?" Or are you intentionally taking my comments out of context, for the express purpose of rabble-rousing?

DiannaVesta and LadyPact are 2 women I noticed right away when I had my 'coming out party' on cm. I also happened to email them pronto expressing my respect. subfever this thread offers some reasons why a client would seek a person experienced with their kink and the nuiances of domination, than someone who is not... I won't rehash it here, read it if your inclined

Quite a few ... a lot of clients will feel ripped off if the so called dominant they are seeing resorts to sex or sexual type play when it is domination not sex they are wanting. ... they can get denyed sex or teased anywhere ... domination is a whole other ball game.

I think a distinction needs to be made here on this thread before it gets out of hand. It is a primal and sexual urge that drives us Dommes and subs alike in many ways. Pros do not have sex with their clients!

Personally, given all aspets of my relationship aside, if I won the lottery there are several Pro's who be receiving a gift just cuz. I have an appreciation for these women and the work that they do...why on earth wouldn't I show it readily and willingly? Before you go off and say "well that's you" I'm not unique in my thinking. Just as you aren't either LadyPact.
