I too am having a hard time at the moment (read my journal).  I try to keep positive by thinking about my children and granschildren.  If you give up now, you may never see your grandchildren.  One day at a time.

I wish you strength.

First I accept my feelings. Feeling like "sad, depressed, jealous, angry" are often associated with "bad". Well they aren't. It is just part of being human to be depressed, sad, etc... sometimes, as normal as being happy. Don't feel guilty, or try to push those feeling out of your mind. Just accept them, as part of life and know everyone experiances them, and move on.

If it is an actual devestating event, lose of a loved one, etc... I just let time heal the wounds. Take one step at a time, to work towards feeling better. Go for a daily walk, find ways to destress, surround yourself with support people, and ASK for help from your family and friends if you need it.

I hope you feel better soon.
