I have received several emails from a creep who is very insulting. Is there anyplace on this site where it is appropriate to discuss this type of issue? He must have alienated quite a few submissives because he changed his name. Using the new name, he sent me a really cruel email. Do we have any way of dealing with this type of person?

Keep ignoring them, but no you're not supposed to flame actual people by profile name on the forums, so sadly there's not much you can do other than get used to the lunatic emails and either spit back at them or block them and move on. l

The only place where one could discuss 'bad apples', and warn others about them would also be a haven for those making false attacks on people for a variety of reasons...and the readers would be hard pressed to discern the truth. CollarMe has chosen to have no such place.

without an active profile how can you be mailed unless you mail first? Ron

You could also report his profile which is a button on the screen where You are not looking at the profile in the full view. If You click that button one of the reasons for reporting is "vulgar or insulting" if i am recalling right...good luck![:)]

I have recieved and sent returning email to those who don't have a profile, Have no idea how they do it though. I tried sending a message from my yahoo account to this one. didn't work

beats me. When I first joined I didn't have an active profile, but I got emails all the time. I suppose from posting to forums. Kyst

Profile: Delete is different from deactivate. You can still get mail if you have an 'inactive' profile. "Close account" is permanent. you can report someone. Here are some of the reasons, and the option is available under any email you are reading at the time: Threats This message contains explicit threats of harm Underage This message states that the sender is underage or makes inappropriate references to an underage person Vulgar Text This message is offensively vulgar Vulgar Photo This user has attached a vulgar or offensive photo to this message

I think there's a report option.. isn't there? Maybe not.. I know a couple of bad apples from the boards liked to send me hate mail, and, when I'd just block them, they'd switch names to send more. Normally they stop after two or three, though. So, meh. All you have to do is press a button, they spent their time signing up for new accounts and writing those messages. (So, if you're as vendictive as I am, it can be rather amusing.)

this is getting really bad.. I know of 3 others who this has happend to..so I know there is many more.. we all reported and reported.. ignored and did all the common sense things.. the only crime that caused this was idalog between a phony profile and decline to do what they want. then you get this protected kitten stuff.................. I got 50 emails every few hours.. cant begin to read through them all... I cant trust and know who is an honest sender... dont reply to anyone who has not been on the site at least a year... look through all the submissive female accounts with content and profiles joined very recently.. they all have the same tone of being written by the same older guy. Once you get hit by this guy, you can tell. I am not sure what collar is going to do about this, as now I cant enjoy collar the same anymore I ask if you are familiar with what this orginal poster has posted and what I wrote...post your own story.. yes ignoring is fine and the assumed correct response, but how do you ignore 50 emails from a variety of many senders every few hours??? This person who is doing most of this.. enters profiles joined on from October......
