greeting to all of the master here

i must say i am truly sorry for being rude yesterday in a post i answered . i am not rude to anyone i just must say it is my new found escape of being about to see yes i brought it up many times in the last weeks. but i did not mean you as master were mean or cruel to the woman i meant some men are not able to give that person what they long for., and this something many woman find hard to take. it was not meant to insult anyone here i was so silly to say that and i hope my reply will be taken with a grain of salt i do not want to make a fool yes a fool by saying something i am not sure of so please expect my sincere sorry .

the best amends to a large group of people are made by not doing the thing you did wrong again....

My father used to say....

The measure of a man is not in his ability to apologize for what he does. The true measure of a man is in his ability to not do the things that he would need to apologize for.

he also said.

Words spoken without thought are like nails hammered into a piece of wood. you can remove the nails, but you can never do anything about the holes they leave behind.

{{{Mons}}}, I have no idea what you are apologizing FOR.

when i need my warm and fuzzies i go to my doggies, not the boards...

Hm, I don't know what the apology is for. It sounds more like you said something in the wrong way, which we've all also done. Everyone fucks up, but having the guts to admit it and apologise isn't something everyone will do.

To all you who are knocking her for being truthful and apologising, even if she DID fuck up bigtime, aren't you just the perfect ones? I wish we were all so perfect.

no one knocked her for being truthful and apologizing...i certainly didn't mean my original response that way....i was giving, granted unasked for, advice on what has worked in my experience better than an appology...amends...

I agreed with what you said in your original post. It was the "tough love" post and the post from SD FemDom that I find patronising and unfair.

I agree. I think for me it was the two in combination that prompted my post. Chellekitty was not unforgiving, but SD femdom was pretty harsh.

How was I being patronizing and unfair? I replied to a quote chellekitty made that was similar to something I grew up hearing all my life. It was advice on speaking before thinking. It wasn't meant to be harsh or rude. My response wasn't to mons nor did I say anything that was rude or harsh to mons. I simply provided some words of wisdom to a thread regarding misundertsandings. The intent of the sayings was misunderstood.

when the only means of communication we have are words, we have to be very careful of the words we choose to communicate with....

edited to add:  what i mean is umm...SDFemDom....perhaps you should take your own advice, maybe?

chelle, truly my words were only meant as an addition to what you said.  I was not meaning any intent towards harshness in regards to mons' apology. The first quote was in regard to your wisdom about amends. They were nothing more than observation and additional words of wisdom. I wasn't knocking mons or you or anyone else. I'm not seeing where I did anything differently than you did in providing words of advice in addition to yours.

I've known mons a long time through these boards and other sites, I've defended and supported her many times in the years I've been here. It truly wasn't meant in a derogatory manner and I sincerely apologize if that was the way its been perceived. It was certainly not the intent.

SDFemDom...i know that...and truely did not take offense at your words of wisdom...but others here did....so...i guess we'll have to wait for them to chime in....

oh and thanks for the appology, though it was not necessary for me...

Thanks chelle. I was truly baffled by the response when it wasn't meant with any ill intent.  All the same, I think I'll simply discontinue the unintentional hijack of the thread for now.

DC he was indeed a wise man oh tulip boi.

Nothing wrong with saying sorry if it is what you want to say. Sure we hope not to make the same mistake over and over again. I dont know what you are talking about mons, and I am not a Master but you have always come off as a sweetie as far as I am concerned.
