I suspected that at first, but if you look at the profile of the OP (which is, as I should mention, wholly against TOS advertising a website and contact information tha solicits business!) it really shows this person is going to a far greater length than the average wanker in terms of what they'd generally do in order to solicit "material."  I could be wrong, but I don't think that this is the case....thus my tirade in a different direction :-)
