I enjoy CBT and am good at it, now I am chatting with a submissive who enjoys BB, I have never kicked anyone in the balls, this is not to say I wouldn’t do/enjoy it, I know I would, and for him to just stand there, wow, I just love my life. I just don’t know if I would stop grins The reason for this post is simple, I want to know how to kick, ok not explaining in enough detail, I want to know how to give the best kicks, just bring up the knee for good measure after? Kick time and time again? Tick with the side of the foot? Or just punch? Grab the flogger? He has been doing this for years and has the odd shape to prove this!!! Of course I will have him tied tight in rope, he is usually just stood there, but I do love my bondage so that will be a part of it. Never done this before and I know this is the best place to find out about those who have! Thanks to everyone in advance!

Wish I could give advice, but I don't have any idea how a guy enjoys that! That's not a judgement, just an observation based on bad memories of me banging my balls even accedentlt..Very Painful!

Carrianna, I just have to say that I am completely green with envy. Oh how wonderful it would be to find a Domme who would love to restrain me and mercilessly hurt my cock and balls. Being bound as part of the deal substantially enhances the feeling of vulnerability. Since you are experience in administering cbt, you well know that difference things bring different responses. I would try all the things you might be imagining and see what works for the two of you. But here is one thing you might like to try. I will say that even a light tapping on the balls can be extremely painful when the balls are tightly bound. Since you're already into bondage, I'm sure you'll know just how to do it. Maybe some relatively narrow rope wound tighter and tighter around his scrotum until his balls are to a point where they look like they are about to explode. DO NOT SEPARATE his balls when tieing them. It hurts much more when the balls hit one another. Binding them in this fashion should lower them by a good inch to two inches. This accomplished two objectives. It makes it impossible for the balls to retract into the body, and secondly, makes a much nicer target for you. Then I would just start having fun. Have you considered using a cane on his balls ? (Very painful). How about a nice single tail ? (Nasty) Bear in mind, that while you can obviously do damage, my experience is that the balls are less fragile than most women realize. They can take far more punishment than the overwhelming majority of women are comfortable handing out. More times than not, the Domme who has administered cbt to me gets uncomfortable and has to quit long before I've reached what I can ultimately handle. Then again, there have been a few women who have gotten me to pass out from the pain. But still, my balls remain in tact. Amazing to me sometimes as to how durable they really are. Will

Some general tips: 1. Use a bare foot 2. Don't kick in a way that drives his balls back against his body. Instead, kick them so that they are simply knocked back or forward, free-swinging so to speak. 3. Start relatively gently, and build up slowly to gauge his reaction. 4. Use a safeword. Regards, ATP

I second the opinion that balls are tougher than most people imagine. I think that women find pain in their ovaries to be hard to deal with (and many women deal with that monthly) and imagine a similar issue with testicles. Other techniques: Shave them so that you have total access. Use a crusher. Crushers are fun because there is a gradual build-up of pressure. A strike to balls in a crusher will usually cause intensification of the discomfort. Anything "thuddy" will do. Pulling the balls away from the body through the use of rope always places stress on them. You'll want to magnify that stress: Wrap more rope between the body and the balls, nice and tightly to pull them away more. Attach the rope to weights that are pulled around the room when he moves. Then make him go get something for you. Again. Again. Add weight each time. Get a "parachute." It's your option whether or not the parachute will have spikes. You can get weights at any fishing store without paying the "Fetish Premium." Weights and parachutes work well together. Better still, find a small metal pail, attach the pail and drop weights into the pail one by one while watching the reaction. Parachutes work both ways. You may hang or suspend a parachute. Lots of shops carry ball weights. The kind I have linked to enables you to attach a crusher for added fun. Weights may be worn under clothing and are a wonderful reminder of your presence in daily life. You definitely ought to add a humbler to your repertoire. This is useful to stretch (and apply pressure) to the balls while he is trying to move his posterior away from something (like a cane). It emphasizes his plight. The humbler also places the balls perfectly in a good position from which you can kick. Don't forget you can place them on a table place your foot on them and shift your weight to that foot. I've taken the total weight of some women on mine. Kicking with a bare foot is useful for control. You can kick in three ways, with the top of the foot, the ball of the foot and the heel of the foot. With the balls extended nicely from the body, it's useful to alternate the ball and the heel of the foot. As time goes on, you'll find it's possible to be just as accurate with footwear. And that may add additional features to ball-busting.

Whatever you do...DO NOT BIND THE BALLS IN BONDAGE FOR KICKING!!!! The scrotemn is designed so that the balls can escape a hard impact by moving out of the way. IF you do bind the balls for kicking you are at a higher risk for rupture as they are trapped and have nowhere to go. Don't worry about not being able to hurt him if they are not bound...you will administer pleanty of pain from a kick or knee. If you are going to bind...I would administer caning, flicking, or slapping as "nameonhold" mentioned above. When kicking, Try to kick with the top of your foot, not your toe. The top of your foot will conform better to the groin area and spread the impact over a larger area, hitting both balls and surrounding tissue. If you use your toe, the force is constrained to one small area...if hitting one ball alone this can do some pretty good damage in a bad way. A few ways to kick is one have him kneeling on the floor in front of you...this will give you a good warm-up and let you just use your lower leg to start out with. This will equal less force than the whole leg and give you an idea for pain tolerance. You can also have him on all fours in front of you and kick his balls from behind. This is really painful and doesn't have to be done too hard to get desired results. If he is laying on the floor in front of you and you are standing up, I recommend using your toes to do the kicking. His balls will be laying on his body and untimately be trapped with nowhere to go. I know as a sub this is a much more enjoyable way to be kicked. If this is done with shoes/heels they sometimes don't allow the ankle to dorsal flex enough and the toes end up driving into the fleshy area behind the balls. This often misses the balls and will not be fun for you or him. Feel free to bind away at his hands and wrists... If there is one thing I enjoy as a ballbustee it is feeling vulnerable to not cover up. If doing multiple kicks it is good to start off light and work your way up to being harder. You will be able to judge how much he can take by how much he is squirming. The balls will become more sensative with each little kick and it won't take many hard shots to really make him howl. :) If you do deside to really let loose and give it to him..I suggest the kneeling method or the kick from behind as mentioned above....again WITHOUT BINDING the testes.

Carrianna, The pair of boots I love to use for BB are buttery soft, thin, and have a smooth flat surface with a really dangerous looking pointed toe. I get the sub cuffed, hands bound at the back. Legs spread and also bound. Collar on and a few nipple clamps, I tap their balls gently at first with the flat topside of the boot, one hand on the wall for stability. Watching carefully for any reactions. Then I work up from there. If it's a harder dick and a happy/scared look in their eyes, it's all good. (grin) Another thing: When a sub is totally new to this and curious about it I use a soft flogger, little glove smacks, then move up to soft paddling. Ball Busting is next. At first I make sure that every kick lands so that there is space between the balls and the flat topside of my boot is catching the space between the nuts, not crunching them together. No tip of the boot hits the balls at first. If it's a great pain lover like nameonhold then that's where the fun really starts. Like noh said it takes quite a woman to be able to do serious cbt. Good advice, however from my experience with this it also depends a lot on the balls you’re kicking. Someone was right that the duty of the sack is to allow them to move from danger, however I have (by request- pro session) tied a pair of balls tight and kicked them pretty damn hard. I’ve also crushed them under my heels and smacked them welted with a crop. The best way to find out how best to do it is the ask the person you’re doing it to. I have no doubt that guys into this have visited the doctor over this and if they haven’t they should get checked from time to time. Some guys can handle really heavy CBT while others can become damaged over the slightest thing. There are some guys that enjoy having pain after a session for weeks later, like a welted spanking. You’d be surprised how much impact a pair of balls can take. You can read all the technique you want, good ideas but it all boils down to your attitude when you draw your foot back, stare him in the eyes and kick him silly.

yeah, my favorite thing to do... I maybe alittle over the top so here it goes. I am 220 and I can stand on the balls of one sub.. I also put him up against the wall spead eagle and use the top of my foot and tease just when he thinks thats it...WHAM!!! he drops to his knees, I hook my fingers into is nose and pull him up.
