i need to find a dress for my collaring ceremony and i can't find what i want and i can't sew. i want a simple white off the shoulder tunic (soft white material( and 3/4 sleeves. Is there any place on the net to look? Thanks/

If you can't find exactly what you need, try finding a pattern or a picture of it and take it to a local seamstress or tailor. Here, the lady who owns the local tuxedo rental place not only does major alterations, she will make you an outfit.
