Tarin -> Chain Bondage (10/16/2007 9:31:07 PM)

Hi all,

Do Any of You have any good resources in regards to chain bondage? My sub and I love the feel of chain and some of the versatility that it offers U/us and I am always looking for new ideas and safety information.  Thank you kindly in advance.

Yours in Kink,
Tarin

http://www.fetters.co.uk/ have a good range of chain/metal restraints. Simply looking at what they have available should give you some ideas. Also the 'Pictures of the week' in Biancas Handcuff page can be quite inventive so worth a look, they're at http://www.netlife.lu/week2007/index.html Not sure of any sites that deal solely with chain bondage or its safety so if you find any. please let us know!

Try Extreme Restraints.

If you're going for chain, I'd reccomend something like 'machine chain' or 'twist chain'... I don't know exactly what it's called but it's made for use in pulleys and it lays flat when you straighten out all the links. You should probably make sure the links have been welded shut, because they won't snag as much, and they're slightnly stronger that way. If they're not, I heard that if the break in the link is in the middle of the link, it's stronger and more resistant to breakage than if the break is at the end of the link. Something like that.

Try hardware and/or marine equipment stores in your neighborhood.  They should carry all kinds of chains, links and locks in more variety and at much better price than the kink stores.

And please only use welded chains (or those links that are twisted together in double loop (Victor chain)) if you are going to put some strain on the chain and you don't want it to bend or break.

If you want chain that is long lasting and easy to clean check out http://www.bosunsupplies.com/ProductChain.cfm

The 304 Stainless chain is great for insertions after its been boiled or better yet autoclaved and it will not rust.

They also have a fantastic selection of hardware to go with your chain.

Very good link to learn how to chain someone up to where they can not get out using only one padlock. Bet on subbie if i could chain her up using just one padlock and one chain to where she couldnt get out she had to spend the night that way lol. Im not sure if she was more amazed or mad that it could be done. Just look around google for similar sites there are more in my bookmarks but Im too lazy to put more than that.
