Being serious: when I used to take phone messages the person calling often wanted to know who I was when it was clear I wasn't the person they wanted to talk to. Got that?
That used to annoy me but everybody said I was wrong.
Surely they should have focussed on getting to the person they wanted not my identity.
When asked "who is that" I often used to say "this is me" which annoyed them lol
