Argentopal -> Trick Questions!?!?!? (10/20/2007 12:17:52 PM)

OK, so last night after waaayyy too long with no play, Sir has me tied spread eagle to the bed and has an array of tiny very nasty clothespins in some very ouchy places.  He lays beside me with a switchblade in his hand and grins at me.  Then he asks me ...  "So, do you like having a mean old Daddy?"

What kind of a trick question is THAT??????  other than the fact that he is NOT old!!!

just a smile on an amazingly beautiful day in the Texas Hill Country!!

I think the proper would be "oh, you're a mean old daddy but I like you...'" if he's a Joni Mitchell fan.

Yes, that is a delightfully mean question.

Seems to me that's something that should of been negotiated before the knife was brought out.

not everyone continues to negotiate scenes after a certain point in thier relationship.

I haven't negotiated a scene with my girl since after we got married.

As Always

negotiate??? did i miss that day in subbie class?  Said very tongue in cheek, as I imagine the " Seems to me that's something that should of been negotiated before the knife was brought out. " was meant to be as well!

I am allowed a safe word, and as soon as i guess what it is i will be allowed to use it!!!  mmuuhahahahaaaa - weg!

Sorry that's not what i meant.  It sounded to me like the OP was surprised by the introduction of a knife in her play.  For me that would have been a limit discussed at the beginning of a relationship, not something that came as a surprise after i was bound and helpless.

laurell3 -> RE: Trick Questions!?!?!? (10/20/2007 10:52:11 PM)

doesn't seem to me the op had a problem with the knife or any of the scene at all, seems like humor to me and she's really enjoying herself.  grats by the way

Sounds like a brilliant scene, and a fine time had by all.

And I agree - they do ask no-win questions at the worst possible moments.  And smile.

LOVE that Dom smile.

My favorite is when they attempt to carry on a conversation when you're giving them head....a ventriloquist I am not.

I think it's known as the double-bind. More than a knot and an equisite form of mental bondage. so: if you answer is 'yes' you have consented to the pins, restraint and switchblade....(more about consent in a minute...)
if you say 'no'...he'll go out and not come back til sunrise? maybe....also an exquisite form of mental bondage...no contact or ignoring is always the ultimate....
however I  think some form of negotiated consent could have been put in place first unless of course you are at THAT STAGE WHERE CONSENT IS ASSUMED...the absolute mental bondage.
Just thoughts..........

The point of this thread:
Someone sharing part of their life. That's a very good thread.

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: Trick Questions!?!?!? (10/21/2007 6:10:09 AM)

I think the post was adorable, and made me smile.  My question is, what did you tell him and was the answer at all coherent or merely a series of whimpers and (to borrow a phrase from another collarme member) whoremoans?

slavegirljoy -> RE: Trick Questions!?!?!? (10/21/2007 6:20:19 AM)

"Old" is relative.  Well, i guess "Daddy" is, too.  :-)  Any way, i love the scenario you described.  That is hot!  i love being tied, i love clothespins all over me and i love being totally exposed, physically and emotionally.  So, this would certainly make my day a sunny one, even in a rainstorm.  Actually, i love rainstorms, too, so that would make it even better.

As for trick questions, i can't really remember my Master ever asking me one but, since i take everything literally, i probably wouldn't even notice if it were a trick question.  If my Master had asked me this question, i would have said to Him, "Yes, i do love mean ol Daddies and, i will keep on loving you, even after you become one, Master."

Tigrita,

I will never hear the line "Carey, get out your cane and I'll put on some silver..." the same again. (Yes, I am a huge Joni fan. Just look at my screenname)

actually the proper response would have been "green" or "27"...if it had been me and the Ma'am i usually play with...and replace "daddy" with "bitch"....and that response would have had her rolling on the floor laughing...of course i would have had to pay for breaking her concentration...but thats half the fun...right?
