Any even halfway reputable guys I've talked to in here have told me in advance if they were going to be too busy to be in contact for a time. And they've usually found time for at least a quick Ron-type note :) to just touch base to show that they were still interested.
My opinion is, if he's really interested, he'll find a way.
Although chellekitty has a very valid point.....there have been times when another party and I have attempted to email each other in here and they've not gone through. Recently, on 10/15, in fact, an email came through while I was online that was dated 10/11. So, it might be worth your while to email him stating that you've heard there are problems with the email system sometimes, and you just wanted to make sure you had received his email if he wrote one. Try writing a 'new" one, don't use the 'reply' function. But, if he doesn't reply to that one, and you can't contact him anywhere else like regular email or IM (like AOL or Yahoo), then he's probably not interested.
