Are there any doms/dommes that hypnotize their subs? Are there any subs that get hypnotized? I have read several books on it, mainly the ones on self-hypnosis. I have practiced self-hypnosis for years with great results, and I have used hypnosis with friends (outside of a BDSM setting) but I have never tried direct hypnosis on the submissive (however some acts of BDSM have several similarities to being hypnotized). Those who are experienced with hypnosis, are there any resources that you recommend on the subject?

I would appreciate any input on the subject.

but I have worked with it in consensual play

I am a certified hypnotist. I have used hypnosis on my slave in play and also to help her sleep better.
The Professional Hypnotism Manual by John G. Kappas PHD is a great book and is the system that I studied.
