I developed a certain ritual that I enjoy very much to help my sub study. I would appreciate input, modifications, or any feedback. There are pluses and minuses to this. The major disadvantage is it is sometimes distracting for the sub to be completely productive, as she is often very aroused. Over time it seems less "kinky" and she is more desensitized to it, thus allowing her to concentrate on her work more. I think this technique works best with simple assignments, or journaling. This is enjoyable for the sub that enjoys being completely controlled, especially for set time periods. This sub in particular enjoys her space most of the time, but likes having special moments with no privacy and freedom. Also with this sub, she had good study habits before anyway, so I do not have any evidence that this will improve grades, or improve productivity.
Ingredients:

1 collar locked on
1 additional padlock
T-lock Laptop lock (specially designed for laptops). Kensington has good ones available for about $22.

I use a laptop lock. It has this thing called a "t-lock" that attaches to an area on the laptop. It is designed to chain your laptop to a desk or table, making it virtually impossible to steal a laptop without cutting something.
I attach the laptop lock (that comes with a chain similar to the ones on a bike lock) to her collar with another padlock. This way she is physically locked to her laptop. The chain allows her enough slack to work comfortably.
She uses a Windows Vista account with severe "Parental Controls" limitations. This basically allows her only to use Microsoft Word, and Mozilla Firefox (I limit the websites she can use, normally only to her blog site but sometimes more). The parental controls allow me to see pretty much every thing she does on her account. In addition I use a special software program that allows me to see every single keystroke she has used on her time online.
I have her post on a blog every 30 minutes reporting on her progress. Every hour I have her post a copy of the work she has completed so far.
Like I always do when I am not around my sub, I leave a surveillance camera on her.
She is 100% aware that she has no privacy, and this thrills her.
When she is finished with her work, she goes to a google site that can send my phone a text message.
In my house I have a safe with a changable password. I keep the key to her laptop lock and the padlock that attaches it to her collar in the combination safe. I will post on her blog (under comments) or call her with the combination to get the keys. Other times I will just give her the password to another Windows Vista account that allows more freedom, to surf the net etc.
