Hi All. I am new here, and tried to send an instant message (I think that is the word) and it told me I either have it turned off or not authorized to send one. Can anyone help me oout with this? Thanks A Lot, BalletBob

Were you trying to send a quick note on the other side? If you are, make sure that you are logged on, I know it sounds silly, but sometimes a computer can log you off without your consent

Yes, the Profiles side and the Message Board side each have separate log-ins.

I have noticed that if I am logged in the message board and visit the profiles side, I will get automatically logged out of the message board if I click on the Message Board link. (If I don't click on the link, there is no problem.)

It is acturally a "PRIVATE MESSAGE" I was trying to send, and it told me: "Either the feature is disabled, or you do not have sufficient permission."

You must be referring to the private message feature listed in your profile on this message side of the boards. I believe that used to be a feature here at collarme but I can tell you that it has not worked since I joined.

PS What does it mean my the "ONE PADDLE) by you name, in the message window? I seen some with 3. As you can tell, I am quite new here....LOL

The icons and descriptions by your name change with the number of posts you make to the message boards.
