I know this topic has probably come up before but does it bother people if someone constantly views you and reads and subcribes to your journals . I know I am guilty of doing this and if its improper please let me know . One Domme wrote me to say it was creepy and when I went to reply and explain my motives for doing so Mlady blocked me, If this is a form of disrepect I will stop just wanted others thoughts on this , Thank you all

Actually i have never seen this question, but you will get alot of different answers. Mine will be simple. Yep I have had it done, and still do. We have now come to the i just joke about it with my stocker and he jokes about it too. In fact he has fond all my blog spaces and has added me as his friends. i have never met him and probably never will. This is a public forum and unless you do something really offensive there is no reason to block you. If i didn't want ot be found or have you read my private thoughts, I would have kept them in my diary.

I don't think its rude or creepy ... well actually if it's the fat bald guy who cheats on his rubber pussy... yeah that might be creepy...[8\|] But otherwise, if someone found my ramblings interesting enough to read on a regular basis then go for it, I'd be flattered, if i took any notice at all .... and if those who complain don't want people reading their shit, then take their shit offline and private.

Actually profiles are out there because that is the actual letting for YOU. So, one, it is an advertisement and you should be happy when peoiple view it. And, if you are not being sent undesirable emails or are being harrassed in any way, who the fuck cares who reads your profile ? I must be missing something here. T

I would think I took the time to create a profile and journal entries so that all interested can read..smiles I'm actually flattered I guess that someone takes the time to read my rantings and for the most part they decide to leave a nice message....

to me I use them as a learning tool I just wanted to know others thoughts on this I really think in my opinion it helps me understand better what others feel and desire about living a true D/s life and am glad others share the thoughts they have as well as their experiaces . Expecially the ones that more experianced and share with us who want to become the best we can be

No. I have heaps of people who subscribe to my journal and some subs who view my profile on an almost daily basis. I also get lots and lots of emails saying how much people love my journal and find it hilarious. Occasionally, some dimwit doesn't see the humour and has a whinge. Big deal. Don't like it, don't read it, lol. There's nothing "creepy" about it, so don't worry, you're doing nothing wrong!![:D]

Not at all...I only recently realized that I could see those who subscribe to My journal. Although I don't post things too often, it is nice to know there are some interested enough to want to follow My musings. I don't really bother to look at the "Who's Viewing Me" thing, so I really don't know if there are any looking at My profile over and over. Shrug If they write, fine...if they write something creepy, not so fine. But it is the internet, and I can always block someone. That won't stop them from viewing Me, just from commenting in an undesireable manner. If I post a profile, photos and journal entries, I shouldn't really complain if people are looking at it!

i don't read too many profiles really.. there is one of a particular person that i do haunt.. and i check to see who's looked at my profile.. every now and then.. and so far 2 people have subscribed to my journal... and i don't know why anyone would read my mad ramblings... i might should post more poetry

I don't understand why someone would create a public journal and then get upset when it is read. Seems a bit odd to me. I do not keep my journal public because it is personal. Seems an easy fix, ya know?

This is a public place. I think it is cool to look at who is here and what they write. I dont think it is rude at all. Actually it is what is meant to happen. Folks write their profiles, journals perhaps. We look at them if we want to. We respond if we feel like and they respond back if they feel like it. There are some who have subscribed to my journal. If in fact they read it, I dont know. Sometimes I get mail with a reference to something I have written. More than once someone read a portion and then emailed me saying something I did not say. For example, once I was writing about a horrible dream I had the night before where I was being chased by some man from like the CIA. I was so frightened in my dream, was running for my life and he caught me. A really scary dream. I rec'd an email from a guy going into detail about kidnapping me and how soon could I be ready to play this out with him. I didnt even know what he was talking about and let him know. He wrote back saying he had read my fantasy in my journal. It took me awhile to realize he was talking about my dream. Much of my life I have written my brains out. I have loads of journals. They are mostly in some sort of book hand-written and personal. Or I have files on the computer I write in if that is the way I feel like writing to myself, for myself. When I joined here some guy subscribed to my journal. I hadnt written a word. I decided to go for it and began a journal. It has been a real experience for me. Sometimes I dont feel comfortable to say anything and other times I keep typing and typing. This is my first public, on-line journal. I know anyone can read my journal and have all sorts of responses from not-so-nice ones to very uplifting, encouraging and supportive ones.

Likes when someone comments on something I have written, it shows they have taken the time to at least read what I have to say. I have been "advised "on occassion to maybe remove something I have written by Dom friends, as it may attract the wrong sort...sometimes I write in perhaps a too personal a way...But thats just me... tends to wear my heart on my sleeve and all that. But I have no problem with people viewing the profile etc, is kinda what it's there for....if they want to view it numerous times..well good on them..it's really not that bloody exciting...

I'm thinking about paying people to subscribe to my journal. I don't use it often so I'd be paying them for nothing really except that ego boost I get when I see the subscription list, and I am just forgetful enough to not remember I paid them, so I can see it working out pretty darned well for everyone involved. Don't let anyone fool ya - old age has its perks.
