Hello, I rarely post on here and I must ask this question here as I respect the moderators om the site and their desire to eradicate "professionals" which takes up their time. I was reported by another user(I also respect the fact that moderators cant divulge whom to me) for sending an abusive email. Well given I have never sworn at anyone on here or said anything nasty to anyone at all I am curious to know what I could possibly have done wrong. I did try to ask this question but got told moderators were too busy. This I accept but it confuses me as I now dont know what i need to change in order to make sure I dont inadvertently offend someone else. Of course I realize I can get flamed and possibly banned for this post and my intent is not in any way to belittle the members or moderators and admistrators of this site. It is one I like greatly and have met several people through it I would now consider good friends. I would welcome other peoples thoughts

I find I get problem mail about once a week if I made a guesstimate. The one today, requesting whether I might like to take part in an illegal and unethical act involving a definite breach of consent being a case in point. I block and move on - as it seems many do. No sense in getting upset over it. For me to report it would be easy - there's a button to do so. But my view is, given that everyone reported every problem mail they got, the Mods would be run off their feet in dealing with it all. I dont know, but I'd guess they'd prefer us to police ourselves a little from time to time, using the block button. There are circumstances where I'd report, but it would have to be a situation where to do so would be worthwhile. My guess would be, you didnt provide what some idiot wanted, so they reported you as "punishment". If you'd done anything worthy of being deleted - you'd be gone already. E

I am gonna have a hard time overlaying my belief system on this. I (ah hem) have been given many an opportunity to have TOS and general guidlines instruction from the Moderators, and I gotta tell you, from this side, they are pretty explicit about what went out of round. Now, it may be that on the private email side things are different, and I think that may be somewhat of a different crew there (although, there may be overlap). [awaiting approval]

yup....normally when I step out of line the mods are pretty explicit about what I did and what I shouldnt do anymore....erhm..not that its happened very often or anything....Like Ron said, I dont know about the mods who run the email version, but normally, when someone reports something, the mods review it and then decide what action needs to be taken if any. just because someone reports you, doesnt mean you did anything wrong or any consequences are gonna come of it. If there are consequences, they will tell you and if you did something wrong they will tell you so you can correct it.

Quick! Turn of your computer ASAP! It is a terrible thing! You are safer on the freeway! The Internet could kill you. 9 out of 10 surveyed, disclose a negative experience while online. 10 out of 10 were offered millions $- as someone was dying and money could be had easy. In fact- many princes, counts and other way important flithy rich people -left behind money.

You are talking about an email here...not something posted on the boards? As far as I know, if one reports an email as abusive or outside the TOS, a copy of the email goes along with the report. Push a report button, and it is forwarded. Therefore, someone determined that what you wrote was abusive in some manner. Why you did not receive a fuller explanation, I have no idea, but I am willing to bet the Mods are way too busy. Like LE says, we do need to police ourselves. Don't sweat it. Just move on and, in future, think carefully, before you hit the send button. Some people take will take the darnedest things and whine "abuse!"

They tend not to like that unless they are riding the working end of an angry Domidong....Then they kinda eat the kind of shit up! Your post makes little sense if you cannot elude to what you might have said....In an initial contact or in making "small talk" with someone you would like to meet, I have found it is generally not productive to call women... cunts, or ask them if their vagina's are huge or if they are emanating any smells from their holes that might be classified as "seweresque"....These are but a few tips I could pass on to my Subby brethren. Good luck to you.....Oh, one more thing, it's not best to make comments about their huge ass until after you have tapped it.

Thanks for the thoughts everyone, A couple of random responses in there but no matter. The point was making that no i never swore at anyone or even said anythng nasty to anyone. The moderators explained "because it was abusive" and there was no forwarded copy of said offending email(as this would mean I would know who reported it) Anyways I will move on and try to leave the moderators to their task of eliminatin "professional" and "con-dommes" A little tip for them incidentally - design a macro that searchs profiles and flags them for attention if they have the word tribute or$ in Enjoy the day everyone

Whoever reported your email to the mods (the unknown party in this case) obviously received an email from you that they considered abusive. When they elected to report this email, your email was automatically forwarded for review to the moderators. Not to you. So you would not necessarily know which email was reported, nor would you be aware of the identity of the reporter. Regarding your tip...that sounds a little angry and enforces your original post in which you mentioned getting rid of "professionals" quote: as I respect the moderators om the site and their desire to eradicate "professionals" which takes up their time. and your latest barb re "conne dommes". Methinks I am getting a clue as to how you may have been considered abusive, swearing involved or not...Since you keep bringing this up, you also seem to have a handle on why you may have been warned. Could you be sending inappropriate email to those you perceive as conne dommes?

If you get a message from a mod, someone probably reported you. This doesn't necessarily mean that you were out of line or doing anything unusual; it just means that someone felt their time was best spent in appealing to a moderator.
