Ok, cats and kittens, I have a question for you that's a bit on the lighter side.  When you go to a public event, particularly a play party, what do you like to see people of your sexually preferred gender/s wearing?  Corsets, latex, leather pants, short skirts, vests, normal clothing, nothing at all?  Do you prefer the risque or the modest?  Describe what your preferred gender/s would ideally be wearing.  Be as specific as you can.  This is just sheerest curiousity about what turns people on in terms of kinky fashion.  Thanks for answering!

Have to agree with Latexbaby64 on this one! Latex is the way to go! Latex, corsets and boots, always looks superb, I can be persuaded to wear PVC too.

Anything by TG clothing, Murrey and Vern, Atsuko Kudo, Lickorish Latex (run by my friend Jo) or Hello Dolly (run by my friend Scu Le Star) and a bunch of other manufacturers and designers make me feel a million (very shiny) bucks!!!!

My particular preferences are on the glamorous end- ball gowns, tulle skirts, many colors and metallics.  I like velvet and satin, but not much silk.  You are much more likely to see me in a mint or pink color than black.  You won't see me in leather usually unless it's a specific leather event.  I also enjoy wearing native clothing from other places because it looks exotic here.  Camo, chain mail, pvc, corsets, stoles, hats, scarves are all in my wardrobe as well. 

And I've worn blatantly kinky clothes to vanilla places and vanilla clothes to kinky places.  It's much more important to me that it look clean, neat, and work for the body (and be fairly in style) rather than it looking "kinky"

I tend to like the not-so-common look.  When I go to a public dungeon, I enjoy seeing someone wearing something a little different than the expected "norm".  I expect to see women wearing corsets and little get-ups, I don't expect to see evening gowns and I find it refreshing when the women are daring enough to go against the "norm" expectations.

I see a lot of men wearing leather or latex or chains........... and that is also expected.  Put on a tux or a kilt and I am drawn to you.

Be creative.  Be different.  That will get my attention real quick.

As for what I wear- it all depends on my mood.  Sometimes I will show up in a leather dress, sometimes it will be a pink evening gown.  Other times I'll just wear slacks and a shirt & jacket.

I just did a class for BR on frugal fetish dressing, so this is one of my favorite subjects. I am an "all of the above" person -- I love latex, pvc, leather, corsetry, etc., but I usually try to wear something out of the ordinary of with a sense of humor. One of my favorite play party costumes was for a RennFaire-themed social: I wore a blue and white brocade and pvc ballgown, see-through platform boots, and a white powdered wig in an updo of dreadlocks, as a "fetish Cinderella" (when I got home I turned into a pumpkin.)

But if you're wearing anything fun, I'll smile. I have a violent allergy to sweatpants and Hawaiian shirts in the playspace.

i tend to prefer skintight clothing to actual skin, and love stuff that shapes the body, so i'd say that the ideal outfit would be a latex or shiny spandex catsuit, a serious corset, and ballet boots. Human pony wear always catches my eye, particularly if it has elaborate plumage. i'm always impressed (and a little jealous) to see someone in an outfit that immediately makes you wonder "how on earth she can move in that??", especially when she makes it look easy.

I don't have any specific preference other than I love to see people dressed up beyond what you see normally at the mall.  I love to dress up... and have various outfits.  My girls have various outfits as well.. what we have fills a closet.  Yesterday, I bought the girls a new outfit to wear.. they just might wear it at this weeks function that we are going to.

Females - Naked! Except for a corset piercing.

Males - Dressed in one of those old fashioned frilly shirts, with black leather pants, a black suit jacket and a top hat.

I've been to my fair share of fetish events and honestly..the people who stick out the most are the ones who wear normal everyday jeans and a t-shirt.

Oh, you know, the usaul: hoof boots with an anal plug tail, maybe a restrictive harness along with armbinders. Top it all off with a bridle, bit, blinders and a set of leather ears. Carts are a nice touch, but you need a huge play space to accomadate them.

I tend to keep it simple.  Black slacks, black boots or dress shoes, a black spandex shirt (Target sells them for something like $12), and a black leather vest.  I'll do a suit or a tux if I'm feeling up for it, but for a time that I'm not really feeling it, that above makes me look good and feel comfortable.

For me, it's not so much WHAT people are wearing as it is that they look comfortable in it. I definitely like things that show off the ankles, high heels (if the person doesn't look like a fool trying to walk in them), and clothes with lacing (corsets, chaps, creatively decorated shirts & pants, anything really).

Now, for ME.. I enjoy wearing rope-- I want to go places where rope is an acceptable form of clothing :)  I have been known to make costume pieces (mostly at renaissance festival so far) that involve lots of intricate knotwork, just because I love the way that knots look against the skin.

i happened to really like what i wore to the last play party i went to...a purple and pink duct tape corset with nylon rope lacing and halter ties...and a crushed black velvet wrap skirt...i had platform wedge heels on for a while...but took them off after a while...and had the rope cut in the scene i was in....after the scene i tied my blanket around my neck and galloped around bare ass naked except the blanket...all the while wearing my kitty ears....does that count as fetish wear?

I love the comfort answer! Latex in AZ even during our freezing 70 degree winters  in a sauna suit  though i dig it , just gotta make  sure your hydrated  lol . Personaly i love the leather , the  smell , the texture , ahhhh yes .I have seen so many people  dressed in some HOT fetish attaire yet they look like they can not wait to put on thier  jammies .

went to a fetish party on the weekend with a local Mistress (not colllared to her) and wore a leather g-string and a hood and mask - i was not allowed to see what others were wearing. i was not allowed that pleasure as her slave that night.

Personally i dont really get turned on by men in fet gear, i dunno why i guess leather trousers and a shirt is quite hot?? For women i think a corset and skirt is really classy or burlesque style hats and feathers :D

THE GREAT thing  about this is there is no wrong answer , with all the  vast tastes  and eye candy out there  aswell as your own personal pleasures the key is just enjoy whatever you dig .
