I only do it with guys. I only submit to guys. To me, it's a form of sex or at least very sexual and I'm not attracted to girly bits.

In my case it matters, but it isn't a deal killer. Usually, the energy I get from an encounter feels different from one sex or another: I love male agression at times, but females have a wonderful nurturing quaility to them that really helps support me emotionally. Both have times when they are the correct choice for me, depending on what I need in my life at the time.

Like most have pointed out here I think it all depends on your sexual orientation. You are naturally drawn to something and if that is what you like then thats what you like. Is it possible to expand your horizons sure, but there are differences in the way women dominate and the way men dominate, some people are just drawn to the differences in strengths of each. Some are drawn to many different things about the sexes. Everyone has their own preferences. I myself enjoy being with women, but I love men more, and thus I love being under my Master's domination.

It absolutely matters to me, because I want to be sexually attracted to the person that owns me and desire them. And I want them to be sexually attracted to me.

I'm bisexual, but I prefer men more than women and I'm owned by a heterosexual man. And even though I'm bisexual I have particular types I like for both gender - for whatever reason androgynous, intersexed, and transgender people don't really appeal to me. The only exception in the past have been the occasional butch.

Interesting question for me. I have mostly been with Dominant men, but a few times, have been topped by women. I only want relationships with men. I find Dominant men and women to be what I am drawn to, men in the sexual way and women from a more narcissistic way, because in my life I have to be very dominant, if that makes sense. I also consider my attraction to women to be more titillating in some way probably because we women are so picky and it is rarer for me to engage in that.

I consider myself an equal of both men and women, but with women there is always some tiny bit of competition, conscious or not. So when I am attracted to a woman who is Dominant and I submit to her, it is almost like I am experiencing both sides of myself. I have found it extremely hot the very few times I have been topped by women.
