ORIGINAL: Marc2b When I was in Highschool my best friend had the car, not me. One Friday night he picked up me, then my girlfriend, then we headed over to his new girlfriend’s house to pick her up. When we got there his girlfriend came out and said (rather sheepishly and obviously embarrassed), "my dad wants to see you for a few minutes – alone." My best friend was rather nonchalant about it. "Okay," he said and sauntered up to her door with that arrogant stride that comes so naturally to young men. The three of us waited in the car, me and my girlfriend making jokes about what threats our friend was enduring while his girlfriend just sat there with her head in her hands. Five minutes go by. Ten minutes. Almost fifteen minutes later my best friend comes back out. The saunter was gone, replaced with the kind of walk one would expect to see from a death row inmate on his way to the gas chamber. There was a definite sheen of sweat on his forehead. My girlfriend and I jokingly pestered him with questions about what her father had said as he got back into the car but he didn’t say anything. He just kind of stared off into space for a moment then turned toward his girlfriend. "You know," he said, "you father loves you very much." To this day he has never told me (or anyone as far as I know) what was said inside that house. I do know this, however: He was to have her home by midnight but as the evening wore on it was obvious that he was aiming for 11:55 – just to be on the safe side. Pussy. I'd have fucked her on the doorstep at 12:01. i was 2 minutes late coming home once. we had a flat. i was grounded the next 3 months AND i got the hell beat out of me. and not in a good way. i was 17 and dating the guy who would be my first husband. being a braggart is a good enough thing. putting your girl in danger isnt, necessarily. kitten, who was not treated well at home.
