As for my answer... I tend to admit I don't know everything, pfft for that matter what I do know is certainly not right for everyone but offer words from my own experience and hope it helps somewhat.

i believe in like mentoring like. In this vein one of the groups i moderate has a one year (renewable) mentoring program for slaves. Acceptance is only given with the Masters permission. i also have had the opportunity of mentoring slaves and feel humbled and honored at the opportunity. It is a delicate balance teaching what you know and giving access to the wisdom you've gained by expereince while at the same time understanding that each path is individual and sacred to that slave. Honoring his/her process. some confuse mentoring with dominating, controlling or just being friends.
