Did anyone watch the season premiere Tuesday, Oct. 30th? Mistress DarkPain?! OMG that was so many kinds of wow! A fishing rod? Did you see all those bite marks. I know people are extreme, but what was your take on that episode? Surprisingly they didn't portray her as evil. She's fairly smooth, and I see her as being a regular. Comments?

I was wondering why no one posted about that episode.. OMG the fishing rod.. OUCH!! I think she'll be a regular as well.

i watched it, and yeah, the fishing rod was very OUCH! i thought Tia Carrera played an excellent domme. i think she'll be a regular too, especially where she gave Sean her card to call her.

I have been watching since episode one, and I think this is going to be Sean's season. The Mistress will be a regular, and she is to guide Sean.

I am not overly fond of the show however it was late and I caught it and found myself slightly drawn to it, I think I am always drawn to shows when the writer makes an attempt at portraying BDSM in the storyline.... It was a little over the top but I imagine she will become a regular and I have a feeling Sean will be calling her...

I agree that she'll be a regular. I must say, I was very impressed on how she sanitized everything. haha I can't really recall, but I don't think that was niptucks first bdsm reference. Hmmm...

OMG I did not read the rest of this post after the OP cuz I am in Canada and we dont get the new season until I think its almost done over there I CAN NOT WAIT, LOL

Yes, I remember the episode where Brooke Shields character got the "Property of Christian Troy" tattoo. I lovvve this show! I have watched every episode i could catch. It's like a train wreck that one cannot help but watch. It does often leave me feeling queasy and it isn't from the surgeries. spiralling twisting downwards...[sm=rolleyes.gif]

It's not the first time. One time Dr. Troy had sex with a woman who was beneath his regular standards of beauty and he forced her to wear a brown paper bag on her head during the encounter or he wouldn't have sex with her. She wore the bag and after they "did it", she left looking really upset. But the next day she came back to him and gave him the bag and told him she wanted to wear it again because she realized she was a masochist and liked the humiliation. Helena

Ok, I know this is LATE, but I am in Canada and we just got the season opener tonight after the Superbowl. What a great opener, I loved it,,,,,,I knew there was a reason I loved that show,,,now, I am only waiting to see Julia with Ellens wife [;)] So, tell Me, without ruining the story line,,,,is Mistress Dark Pain still around at the end of the season? Or is she more of a two or three season character? BTW, I love that Liz called freaked out about what she was doing at the office, LMAO!!

Sorry was going to but had to do something else. Nope the Mistress has not returned. Lots of the usual, or is it unusual, craziness though. I'd love to talk but I have no idea where to start without being spoileriffic.

From a nip/tuck(er) from episode one, day one. Mistress of Pain is not scheduled to make a return appearence. The show will and has continue to show the many shades of the bdsm world. (If anyone needs a refresher on a particular character - I can pull out season 1-4 on dvd. Rewatching a show will be my pleasure.)

Of course they did not portray her as evil. Only Dominant men and submissive women are portrayed as evil (aside from the movie Secretary that is). Dominant women and submissive men are portrayed as just fun-loving people from what I've seen and heard over the last several years.
