Right. I can say that Roger is upset - but talk of his permanent departure may be premature. He tried, in my opinion, to do something to provide a standard for future posts and posters to live up to - and for some reason it was quashed. Dont know why, but it seemed like a reasonable idea, albeit one that didnt attract much support. Roger is valuable here, for his perspective is rarely given by anyone else. E
