Status: offline 		i will be taken anly for the first time and i was wondering if you recommend an enema first? if you do can it be done the day before or does it have to be done that day? What happens if  you don't have one? Thanks in advance.

Status: offline 		 The enema should be done within the same day...the obvious may happen *poo* if you dont have control there... I suggest googling anal sex and reading up on the topic..

Do about a quart-three of four hours before-then don't eat for a while. If you do it too soon before-there may be excess water that the colon has not had time to reasorb-and you will *LEAK* while being buggered-or after.

Status: offline 		   lube lube lube!!  Remind him that if he is gentle and makes this a pleasurable experience the more willing you will be to do it in the future.  As far as the enema give yourself at least 3-4 hours before play otherwise the chance of leakage is higher.  Of course he might like that too!  All in all shit happens if he wants your ass he is going to have to deal with a little crap LOL

Status: offline 		Enemas are a good idea but not 100% necessary (at least that is what we found out).  If you are nrevous about any "mess" then take the enema it will make you more comfortable.  They sell them in CVS (or any drug store)FLeet a twin pac and they sem to work pretty well and are not that expensive.  Yes lube is very important i also say you should try anal eaze it desenstizies the area arounf the anus so it is not as painful  uncomfortable for a bit but not painful.  Best of luck and have fun.

Status: offline 		You don't *NEED* and enema, but if being clean makes you feel more comfortable with the act, then do it.

ANYTHING that makes you feel more relaxed before your first time is a good idea.  You should have the enema at between one to four hours before the act.

1) A little finger/butt plug/toy action in the days before will be helpful
2) Too much lube is almost enough
3) Push back - not with your body, but with your anus, as if you were trying to push out feces - this will open you and help things move more easily.

Anal eaze is a really bad idea. Pain is your bodies way of telling you that something is wrong. A desensitizing agent makes it possible for you to tear without your knowledge. Not good.

I know people have used it without incident, but I've also seen a couple of nasty cases in the emergency room. That product should be taken off the market.

The sphincter can be stretched to unbelievable amounts. It just has to be done slowly.

Breathe. Concentrate on relaxing as much as possible.

An enema can be great to ease your own anxiety about fecal matter. I like to have my subs do them about 4 hours prior. Rafe's advice, as always, is excellent.

Status: offline 		i don't do a full enema beforehand.  i did invest a small amount of money in an anal syringe which easily cleans out the area that just beyond the anus and the "poo staging area" since i don't know the medical term for it.  Since i have never had anal sex with anyone whose penis was so long that i needed to clean all the way to the colon....  Also, one thing i learned is that lube kind of acts like "poo teflon" and i can't think of a time where my partner ended up messy.  i would be more afraid of leakage from the enema and the anal syringe does an excellent job without cramping or any unpleasantness.

Relax, enjoy!  For me, i concentrait on giving myself to Him and that tends to open things up naturally. 

i would recommend NOT using anal-eze or any desensitizing creme for a couple of reasons.... first, if there's something wrong or tearing, you won't know it to make adjustments and it also desensitzes the penis unless he's wearing a condom (which unless you are already fluid bonded, he should do anyway).  i want to enjoy sensations, not numb them, but that's just me.

Status: offline 		Many people won't agree with this, but I figured I'd put in my two cents.  I've actually never had an enema.  I'm not against it, but it has never happened.  I am sure that it is healthier to have one, but I have never had anything bad happen during or after anal.  I do make sure to wash my Dom and then myself very thoroughly once we are done, though.  Usually, if you have a bowel movement about an hour or two beforehand, your bowels are relatively clean and things won't get too messy.
