For me, yes. I have no problem meeting in public places. If this is a real life scenario, I guess it doesn't make her feel safe ... or maybe she's got a case of The Realities and she might be scared. Impossible to say without talking to her.

In all honesty, your innumerable question marks would be a big red flag for me. You're saying, "Look, isn't it obvious that I provide the best possible situation for a sub? Why on earth would a sub not want to meet me? There must be something wrong with her, no? Right? I mean, I am massively desirable, right?"

That sounds desperate and whiney and actually a little manipulative, too. Pimps have a saying that fits the BDSM world:
