it's amusing in certain ways, though I definately don't agree with her views on strap-ons. I love them!

While I don't agree on all points, I enjoyed the wit. Within her sadism and rants, I see a love for men. There is interesting content in there and I will likely read more of her blog.

I like her! She's sassy!

She seems to be able to laugh at herself and doesn't take herself too seriously, which is a quality that I admire in other dominant women.

I find BJ runs hot and cold.  Sometimes, she's hilarious and I'm totally with her when she talks about wanting to respect her subs and not find them `worthless' and `pathetic' and when she complains about people treating the silly ritualism as gospel and the only way to do D/s.  But her rants about the word `Domme', strap-ons and feminization are just annoying.  (`Dom/Domme' is useful because it avoids the need to stick `male/female' in there, in text, at least and many people are interested in one but not the other; no, using a strap-on doesn't mean that it's impossible to be dominant without having a cock; no, just because it's humiliating for a particular man to dress as a woman doesn't mean that it's humiliating to be a woman.)

I love Bitchy Jones.  I can't say I subscribe to all of her philosophies, but she's really a riot to read.  It's a refreshing break from these holier-than-thou femsup preachers that are worse than Jim Jones handing out the spiked koolaid to his followers.

I don't think she quite has that attitude.  She's very much trying to present an alternative to the PornoDomme[TM], which I think is fantastic.  Where I think she goes wrong is that a lot of posts which I want very much to believe are saying ``Why I don't get [insert-kink-here]'' come out as ``[Insert-kink-here] is bad and wrong.''

And sure enough... can't say i'm impressed. The profanity, while plenty gratuitous, lacks any sense of appreciation for the art, and to me, the subjects are too personal for the "let's make fun of people who are different" approach. Though i did like the bit about leather (wonder if she's vegan... that would explain a lot).
