I'm sorry that this has happened to you.  I know how it feels to love someone so much that you are willing to tolerate things that you never thought you would.   I would recommend that at a minimum you buy your own toys and bring them home with you because he obviously thinks it is okay to share.  I know that it can be hard and scary to think about finding someone new but when the time is right you will do what you know you need to do for yourself.  If it were me I might want to watch him and the other sub because that would give me the knowledge about how I really feel about it and if I am not okay with it, the strength to walk away from the relationship.

This sitation sounds terribly one-sided and not in your favor, either.  I have my own everything ... toys, whipping devices, clamps, even down to the ropes. generally speaking, where i go, they go ... personally if one is concerned about their own health and safety, I don't see how the relationship can be enjoyable.

psst, to add, UV sterilizers are called sterilizers, but in reality, they only sanitize.

yes they can be transferred from one to another. i play with multiple subs and slaves at one time yet i use a different vibe/dildo for each.as earleir comments stated they are somewhat cheap and should be used individually. cleaning them afterwards consists of  antibacterial soap and hot water or a lite bleach solution and then air drying them completely also you can buy toy cleaner that is toy friendly(some say they are but arent)

I know I am repeating what everyone else has already said, but to re-affirm the point.

One set of toys for yourself... no sharing. If they are shared, put a condom over them.

I've come across one just like, learned very quickly what a jerk he was, and thank goodness I didn't catch anything. Later I learned I was behind another girls back- and I do NOT do that.

I was advised early on to assemble my own toy bag, and that's coming along well. Mine are for me, no germs, I do the cleanup and do it right! And Doms appreciate it- What do you like? they ask, so I open my bag of tricks... Some have been truly delighted to find certain implements they would be very careful about bringing up with a new friend. And I keep lots of condoms in there too, different varieties. I like the sizes and shapes of my personal dildoes, I like my suede floggers- which do NOT clean at all, I't really something to think about.
Bondage rope will transmit things too- get your own. the soft synthetic kind is cheap at Home depot. Or you can get your favorite colors online.

Although in all honesty, it takes a cheap bastard to bring in another girl and not make gifts of new dildos to both. Eeewww!
