If I'm "severely punishing" her, then before the punishment, I'm fucking furious. If she did something bad enough to warrant "severe punishment," then I am ripping angry.

Then after I've punished her, and made her much sorrier for what she did then I was pissed at what she did, I feel calm and relaxed.

i get very calm. scary calm. i think for a long time, and get very quiet, i have been told its worse then the punnishment itself.
