I recently heard the term EPE "Erotic Power Exchange" I wonder how this differs from TPE. Can someone please explain this to me?

Seems pretty clear to me. Erotic Power Exchange would deal with what is commonly called bedroom D/s. TPE involves many more aspects of a person's life, depending on the desires, needs and requirements of the Dominant. It can include finances, food, clothing, work in or out of the home, type of services provided etc.
