this is my first posting on the message boards, and please forgive me if this is a topic that's been discussed to death already, but i really need some information on the best (and worst) methods of ass-training a submissive. thank You all for Your indulgence.

There is no single best way.  It depends on what you are trying to accomplish.  Since you are inexperienced and seem to be concerned, start slow and small and gradually increase both until you get to where you want to go.

I couldn't agree more. Small and slow is the key for a beginner to have safe and fun strapon play....
