While not your sister, I do for him what I can. I don't know if we would describe it as waiting on him hand and foot, but he doesn't really want that. If he wants a drink or something to eat, he tells me and I stop what I was doing and go do it. I don't really think that much of anything in this lifestyle could be described as the "norm" though. Just what works for you and yours.
