i got a message from another Mistress friend of mine, stating she had recieved a message from a profile on here, saying that she and all the other fakers had been reported to the police, she is now vary worried??  It is not only her who talks about tributes etc on this site!! can anyone give some of advice on this so i can give it to her   thanks everyone

Its just someone jerking her chain, so to speak. Tell her to just ignore it and go on about her business. Unless this person runs CM, which they obviously do not, they don't have access to the ip's of those who log in and thus can't trace that ip back to an internet service provider and thus can't narrow down a regional local let alone an actual name and/or address of someone.

Think about it. This is an adult site.
Do you honestly believe that law enforcement does not keep an eye on it?

Sounds like sour grapes, maybe trying to get even with her for not wanting the person. Unless they have her real name and contact info and/or IP address, I doubt there's anything to worry about.

There are ways to make a person's life hell.  Yes, easily done.  I've never done it myself but as I stated it could be done much easily than anyone would ever imagine.
Online goes real life in a day.  Ruin someones life.  However, no idea how many people would go to that length. 
Bringing the police in would be the least of her problems.  However, I doubt that police would care much about her asking for money online.

Yeah, people say that stuff online all the time.

Unless she was doing something clearly illegal...nothing will come of it. And even then it is unlikely. Even if that person had the IP address, the police still have to go to court to get a subpoena to force the ISP to hand over the info. 99% of the time the police wont even bother going through with it unless there is major law that was violated (ie: trading child porn, fraud, blackmail, etc...).

Now this guy could obviously go to CollarMe and claim a TOS violation (because of the money) and she could find herself banned from the site....that is certainly probable.

You can just imagine the two girlies chatting (or maybe just the one talking to herself), working out how to get some extra money for Crimbo... then it comes to them in a flash after watching the BDSM episode of 'Diary of a callgirl'..... they can become Dommes, write a profile demanding money off submissives, because they think the word 'submissive' translates to 'easy' or 'gullible' - all they need to do then is bring attention to their profiles with posts such as 'can mistresses be reported' or 'I want a new piggy'.  Sorted!
